We are excited to welcome Ahmad Justin Yeo as Head of Customer Experience for KATSANA.
An avid chess player who may or may not have a browser window on the side with chequered board, Justin have accumulated over 6 years of experience in customer service. Like most of the team members in KATSANA, he was part of JomSocial before moving on to StackIdeas (another Malaysian company renowned for their Joomla-based products) and then a brief stint at AndTer (also a promising startup in Malaysia)
Justin is entrusted to formulate best practises in communication and support to our users. This is extremely critical for us as it is our mission to pemper users with a warm and transparent relationship.
