Junior Customer Support Agent

Job Description

As Customer Support, you are expected to:

    • Attend and answer customer’s inquiries through phone calls and ticketing system.
    • Assist customers’ issues through ticketing system and phone calls.
    • Ensure that all tickets assigned are properly handled and closed.
    • Prepare monthly report and submit to the Head of Customer Support.
    • Prepare and update documentations related to Customer Support.

Requirements

    • Have at least 1 year experience related to customer support/service.
    • Good command in Malay and English; both orally and writing. Knowing other languages is an added bonus.
    • Fast-learner; we are constantly improving our product and services.
    • Able to solve issues independently.
    • Team player.
    • Enjoy helping people
