We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting.

Responsibilities:
– Updating financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
– Processing payments from listings, creating transactions in the bank, and obtaining necessary approvals
– Tracking and reconciling bank statements
– Recording accounts payable and performing necessary bookkeeping tasks
– Providing administrative support during budget preparation
– Participating in quarterly and annual audits
Requirements:
– 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting (entry-level candidates are welcome)
– Formal education in accounting (at least a diploma in Accounting & Finance)
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
