Job Description and Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales:
- Identify and target potential clients through various outbound methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
Inbound Sales:
- Manage and close sales leads assigned to you from inbound channels.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
- Follow up with leads promptly and maintain regular communication to ensure a high conversion rate.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Sales Reporting:
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends.
- Utilize CRM software (Pipedrive) to manage client information and sales activities.
Skills Needed:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Knowledge of telematics is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
