Job Description and Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales:

  • Identify and target potential clients through various outbound methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.

Inbound Sales:

  • Manage and close sales leads assigned to you from inbound channels.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Follow up with leads promptly and maintain regular communication to ensure a high conversion rate.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Sales Reporting:

  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results.
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends.
  • Utilize CRM software (Pipedrive) to manage client information and sales activities.

Skills Needed:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of telematics is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
